The Decree adopts, in accordance with article 16(2)(d) of the 1973 Convention and as laid down in the Resolution (of 15 July 2011)of the Marine Environment Protection Committee, the amendments to Annex V of the MARPOL 73/78, the text of which is set out in the text of the present Decree.
