This Decree aims at meeting the need for potable water of rural population. To fulfill the needs, the authorities of state farms and other agricultural enterprises on aqueducts for potable water in rural areas shall be abolished and transferred to the State Committee for Construction and Architecture. The maintenance and management service of the potable water pipelines in rural areas shall be carried out by the State Committee for Construction and Architecture.
