Aim of the present Decree is to adopt the Greek legislative framework to the provisions of Commission Directive 97/58/EC which amends Directive 94/57/EC. Under this light, with the present Decree, in the Annex to article 13 of Presidential Decree No. 32/1997, the following paragraph 7 is added to Section A. General: "7. The organization should operate in accordance with the provisions set out in the Annex to IMO Resolution A.789(19) on specifications on the survey and certification functions of
