In implementation of Directive 76/769/EEC, this Decree lays down restrictions as regards the placing on the market and the use of the dangerous substances and preparations specified in the Annex, without any prejudice to particular exemptions for special purposes (such as research and analysis). Article 3 establishes the penalties that shall be applied in case of infringement.
