The President decrees that the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management shall be the authorized state institution that shall submit requests for certification of acting chemicals, pesticides and other substances used for plant protection. The aforesaid pesticides, chemicals and other substances used for plant protection shall be authorized for application prior certification and authorization for application issued by specialized certification authority “Uzstandart”.
