The purpose of this Presidential Decree shall be to regulate, with a view of improvement, supply to cotton processing enterprises of cotton seeds for processing, registration of oilseeds and oil, and regulation of trade of alimentary cotton oil and fat products. Oil produced by cotton processing enterprises shall be supplied to internal market and for export.
