Presidential Decree No. PP-505 on additional measure for improving efficiency of manufacturing and trade of liquors.

The President establishes that entreprises manufacturing ethyl alcohol shall be prohibited to produce and bottle liquors. Beginning from 1 January 2007 authorization (licence) for the manufacturing of liquors shall be issued exclusively by the Licensing Commission under the jurisdiction of the Cabinet of Ministers.
