The President establishes that beginning from 1 May 2007 vending of liquors shall be carried out by legal persons through specialized shops or trading floors (salesrooms) in accordance with special permits for trade of liquors issued by special commissions subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic of Karakalpakstan, regional executive bodies and mayor’s office of Tashkent. Special permits for trade of liquors shall be issued separately for each vending stand for the period of maxi
