President decrees to validate the Regulation. State Committee is central executive body with special status which activity is guided and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers. State Committee is entitled to carry out within its sphere of competence the realization state policy in the sphere of use of nuclear energy and ensuring the observation of the requirements of nuclear security. The main tasks of the State Committee are: 1. participation in formation and ensuring realization of state poli
