The President, in order to prevent reduction of agricultural irrigated land and to provide their rational and effective use, decrees as follows: 1). To prohibit allocation of land plots for construction of habitable premises and non-industrial edifices at the expense of irrigated subsidiary plots. 2). Heads of GBAO, regions, towns and districts should reserve their decisions on allocation of irrigated land plots for subsidiary farms, construction of habitable premises and non-industrial edifices
