The Presidential Decree implements the Convention on Nuclear Safety. The President, for the purpose of ensuring fulfilment of some obligations undertaken by the Ukraine on the basis of international agreements on issues of radiation and radiation safety, decrees to entitle State Committee on Radiation Regulation with the task of organization and coordination of the preparation of national reports concerning the fulfilment of international agreements signed by Ukraine in the sphere of radiation a
