The President validates Association of oil and fat and food industry and establishes the following tasks and functions: (a) marketing of oil and fat products and other foodstuffs on internal and external markets; (b) improvement of cooperation between oil and fat industry enterprises and producers of cotton seeds, including acceptance and registration of seeds, and quality control thereof.
