The President decrees that in case of re-organization of peasant farms in agricultural cooperatives the following requirements shall be met: (a) preservation of specialization established in contract of lease of the plots of land; and (b) obligations of farmers to ensure rational use of gardens and vinelands, and also water resources in accordance with contracts on limited water use.
