The Decree provides for the constitution of the Public Enterprise (PERUM) of Ocean Fishery Infrastructures, its function and tasks in supporting all activities related to the Fishery sector: promoting fishery industries and the marketing of fishery products, supervising and operating docks and loading and downloading of fish during anchorage, managing the infrastructures. Art.10 lists the Fishery Ports whereas the Enterprise exercises its functions.
