This Order sets forth the rules applicable to the production and placing on the market of rabbit meat and farmed game meat, as well as the conditions for commercialisation of wild game meat. Animals must undergo ante-mortem inspection before they are slaughtered. The public health marking must be made under the responsibility of the official veterinarian and a health certificate must accompany the meat.
