This Order lays down the necessary additional implementation rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption. These veterinary rules shall apply for the processing plants, with particular reference to detailed procedures and documentation for obtaining a license to operate. The Competent authority for the implementation of the provisions of this Order shall be the General Veterinary Directorate of the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Foodstuffs.
