In compliance with European Union legislation (Directives 92/105/EEC and 2005/17/EC) this Order establishes standardized plant passports to be used for the movement of certain plants, plant products or other objects within the Community, and establishes the detailed procedures related to the issuing of such plant passports and the conditions and detailed procedures for their replacement. The Annex displays an official label sample for Greece.
