The Order brings forth the provisions necessary to comply with EU Directives Nos. 76/769/EΕC and 79/663/EEC. The dangerous substances and preparations listed in the Annex of Directives No. 76/769/EΕC (as amended by article 1 of Directive 79/663/EEC) may only be placed on the market or used subject to the conditions specified therein. Such restrictions shall not apply to marketing or use for Research and Development or analysis purposes.
