The present Ordinance will be read together with the Prevention of contagious diseases of animals (Regulation of animal waste and feedstuff of animal origin) Ordinance of 1998 which shall be considered the basic Ordinance. With the 2001 Ordinance, the first Annex of the basic Ordinance is amended by adding a new paragraph (para. 4) considering high-risk animal waste. Also, paragraph 6 of Part II, Annex II is amended.
