These Rules, consisting of 14 articles and two Schedules, regulate all requirements to be satisfied in order to transport animals on foot. In particular, they establish that every animal to be transported on foot must be healthy and in good condition for such transport and shall be issued a certificate of a veterinary doctor prior to the transport.
