This Law may be cited as the Prevention of Fires in the Rural Areas (Amendment) Act 1999 and shall be read together with the Prevention of fire in the Rural Areas Laws of 1988 and 1991 (hereinafter referred to as the "basic law") and collectively as the fire in the Prevention of Fires in the Rural Areas 1988 to 1999.
