Under this Proclamation, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries decides for the establishment of the following: a Quality and Processing Division under the Department of Fisheries; and an Information and Technology Transfer Office and a Laboratory Office under the Inland Fisheries Research and Development Institute.
