These Regulations amend the Bovine Products (Restriction on Placing on the Market) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by updating the definitions of certain Community instruments that are referred to in those Regulations and making amendments consequential upon repeal of Commission Decision 2005/598/EC by Commission Decision 2007/411/EC. Article 1.1 of Commission Decision 2007/411/EC is in identical terms to Article 1.1 of Commission Decision 2005/598/EC and the Bovine Products (Placing

Implements
Commission Decision 2007/411/EC prohibiting the placing on the market of products derived from bovine animals born or reared within the United Kingdom before 1 August 1996 for any purpose and exempting such animals from certain control and eradication measures laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 and repealing Decision 2005/598/EC.
