This Regulation implements the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 by providing specifications on several matters related to environmental protection. In particular, the Regulation covers issues related to licensing (Chapter 2), the implementation of the national pollutant inventory and related data collection (Chapter 3), inspections and administrative procedures.
