Provincial Act No. 13 on Genetically Modified Organisms in agriculture.

This Act aims at protecting crops and cultivations against adverse effects that may arise out of the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). To this end, it prohibits the use and cultivation of genetically modified species within the provincial territory. In case of infringement, the administrative sanction specified in article 3 shall be applied.
