This Measure, composed of 16 articles and 4 Annexes, regulates the agro-sylvo-pastoral Cooperatives Revitalization Programme (RECOOP). The Measure defines the competencies of each concerned authority and rules on the procedures for financing cooperatives’ activities. Moreover, the Measure regulates the establishment of the National Service for Cooperatives’ Training SESCOOP. Finally, the Measure compels the Government to set out monitoring, control and audit systems.
