This Measure, composed of 10 articles, rules on the implementation of financing contracts under the Programme for Familiar Agriculture Support, PRONAF. The Measure also regulates the contracts on structuring land property for colons approved by the National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform, INCRA. In addition, the Measure rules on the contracts for the beneficiaries of the Fund for Land and Agrarian Reform “Banco da Terra”.
