This Measure, composed of 32 articles structured in 2 Chapters and 4 Sections, institutes the Agency for Amazonia Development–ADA and extinguishes the Superintendence for Amazonia Development –SUDAM. The Measure rules on the multi-annual development plan for Amazonia Development and the Fund for Amazonia Development. Moreover, it defines the Competent authorities for the programming activities and regulates the structure, functions and procedures of the ADA.
