This Measure, composed of 18 articles and 1 Annex, regulates the credit operations set out under the agro-sylvo-pastoral Cooperatives Revitalization Programme (RECOOP). The Measure defines the requirements and procedures necessary for the cooperatives to be eligible for credit. Moreover, the Measure authorises the establishment of the National Service for Cooperatives’ Training SESCOOP.
