The Regulation deals with the Quality Standards of “Specialized Aquatic Goods” (SAG) either produced in the country or imported from abroad (art.3), the Dossiers related to all the activities concerning the aforesaid standards, the labeling of goods, and the classification of SAG Quality Standards “announcements” as per art. 9, the responsibilities of the manufacturers involved.
