These Provisions, consisting of 12 Sections, are enacted for the purpose of conservation of squid resources in Argentina and rational utilization of saury resources. The Provisions stipulate the number of fishing vessels for fishing moratorium; designated port for fishing moratorium; fishing moratorium period; and procedures for the review and allocation of the reward for fishing moratorium.
