This Announcement is enacted in accordance with the Act Governing the Administration of Food Safety and Sanitation. Food businesses belonging to a category and scale designated in this Public Announcement shall take out product liability insurance. The Public Announcement further makes provisions for insured amount and contents of the insurance contract.
