This Act provides rules for the control of the production of aerated water, ice and ice-cream. "Aerated water" means every kind of non-alcoholic effervescent liquid prepared for human consumption and sold in bottles, syphons, casks or other vessels, and for the purpose of this Act shall include non-effervescent syrups and cordials.
