Public Health (Animals and Birds) (Licensing of Livestock Keeping) Regulation (Chapter 139L).

This Regulation prohibits the keeping of livestock in or on any premises within a livestock waste control area unless in possession of a licence granted by the Director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation as provided for in the text. In this Regulation livestock shall mean pigs and poultry.
