These Regulations prescribe rules in order to ensure a general good sanitary and public health condition in Papua New Guinea. Part I lists interpretations and defines the application sphere of the Regulations. Part II prescribes general sanitary conditions with respect to the conveyance of refuse, the keeping of animals and domestic birds, the cleansing of stables, the cleanliness of premises and the prevention of spreading of pests, etc. Part III contains rules relative to sanitary conveniences
