This Regulation is made under the Public Health Act 1973 to define rules on sewerage and sewerage works. It applies in and in relation to sewerage districts, declared by the Minister, by notice in the National Gazette, for the purposes of this Regulation under regulation 4. The Local Medical Authority may, by notice in the National Gazette, declare an area in a sewerage district to be a sewered area for the purposes of this Regulation.
