The Regulations provide for the procedure to be followed by public tenders for the assignment, by the Government, of concession rights to develop and for the operation and management of marinas. A bid notification published by the Department concerned may be made only after a Decision by the Council of Ministers adopted in accordance with the Governing Marinas Law of 1977-1999 and the Immovable Property of the Republic (Disposal) Regulations of 1989-99.
