This Act amends the Public Utilities Ordinance (Cap.83): in section 17 by deleting the words, "....after consultation with the Minister."; and in section 33 by including the following subsection: "(4) Any policy directions given to the Board by the Minister pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be in writing and addressed to the Secretary of the Board."
