These Regulations implement provisions of the Public Utilities Commission Act, 1993 in respect of, among other things: submissions to be delivered to the Public Utilities Commission; filing a complaint requesting that the Commission take action against violations of any provision of the Public Utilities Commission Act or Rules established by the Commission; submission to the Commission of tariffs by controlled public utilities; public inquiries by the Commission and subsequent Commission Orders
