These Rules implement provisions of the Pyrethrum Act regarding the quality, processing, packing, etc. of pyrethrum to be delivered by growers to the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya. Every pyrethrum grower shall comply with all such instructions as may be given to him from time to time by the Board with regard to the preparation, packing and delivery of flowers.
