These Regulations amend Schedule 1 of the Quality of Bathing Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 with respect to the duty of the Department must annually publish information regarding bathing waters to establish a bathing water profile for every bathing water before the start of the bathing seas to modify the list of bathing waters set out in the Schedule to those Regulations.
