This Act establishes the Quantity Surveyors' Registration Board of Nigeria as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers. It also provides for registration of quantity surveyors by the Board and establishes the Disciplinary Committee and the Registered Quantity Surveyors Investigating Panel.
