This Act amends several Sections of Radiation Protection Act 2005. Amendments deal with: disposal, bury, disperse, hire out or lease, transfer ownership of and transfer possession of in relation to: a radiation source, means being in control of the radiation source, whether or not another person has the physical custody of the radiation source; causing radiation exposure; dealings with radiation source prohibited without licence; determination of application; activities authorised by authority;
