The present Regulation is made under the Farming and Fishing Industries Development Act. Section 2 establishes that each raspberry grower must pay to the council the levy established by the council under section 4 (1) of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 3 and 4 deal respectively with collection and remittance of levy on raspberries delivered to a first receiver. The text consists of 5 sections.
