This Act amends section 1204 of Title 27 of the Palau National Code so as to prohibit fishing for, sale, receiving, exporting, causing to be exported, possessing, or buying from April 1 to October 31 specified groupers but only if such species originated in the Republic of Palau. The same restrictions apply during the open fishing season unless the fish is at least twelve inches in length from the tip of the head to the tip of the tail.
