These provisions lay down certain amendments to Regional Act No. 11 of 2004 concerning marine fisheries and aquaculture in the Marche Region. The amendments deal with the definition of “professional fishing” and the membership of the technical and scientific commission. Articles 12bis and 14bis are added.
