The present Regional Act lays down some amendments to Regional Act No. 50 of 11 April 1995 on the gathering, cultivation, and marketing of truffles in the Tuscany Region. The main amendments concern offences, related penalties, the authorization which is compulsory for gathering and the connected regional fee.
