Regional Act No. 10 setting up the Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment in Campania

This Regional Act provides for the establishment of the Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment in Campania (ARPAC), an advisory and consultative body which shall operate at regional level in cooperation with the National Agency for the Protection of the Environment (ANPA) set up by Decree-Law No. 496 of 1993. The ARPAC shall provide technical assistance, particularly to local entities and to the Regional Sanitary Service, on matters connected with the protection of the environment
