There are hereby laid down particular amendments to Regional Act No. 44 of 1998 in matter of fishing. Firstly, the scope is restricted by excluding the application of that Act to collected rainwater (art. 1). Further amendments and addenda regard: (a) the renewal of the fishing licence type A (art. 6); (b) the keeping of fish species, amphibians and crustaceans intended for sport fishing (art. 7); (c) allowed fishing gear; and (d) administrative sanctions.
