This Act represents one of the Regional Acts adopted in order to implement the agreement among Abruzzo, Campania, Molise and Puglia Regions concerning the creation of a Basin Authority. The text of this agreement is hereby entirely contained. It is divided into six Chapters. Chapter I provides for the demarcation of the basin interested.
